Has anyone exaggerated or overlooked what they read or heard bc of ongoing anxiety?
O yes 🙌 that’s me.
So let’s say someone talks to me, and if I am not in the right mood. I become hypersensitive.
What do you mean by this?
And I start exaggerating things in my head, internally. Unhealthy. For me, i noticed a pattern. Mostly if I have unfinished work that I have been procrastinating, not having an adequate breakfast, drinking too much caffeine.... I try to watch out for these things as they might make me too anxious.
