There will be a lot of posts soon with people sharing how much they achieved in 2020, in the midst of a global pandemic, etc. But in case someone needs to hear this...I'm here to tell you that just making it to December 2020 is an achievement. That alone is something to celebrate !!
You can't skip chapters...that's not how life works. You have to read every line, meet every character. You won't enjoy all of it...hell, some chapters will make you cry for weeks. You will read things you don't want to read, you will have moments when you don't want the pages to end. But, you have to keep going. Stories keep the world revolving. Live yours, don't miss out!

Your anger ? It's telling you where you feel powerless. Your anxiety ? It's telling you that something in your life is off balance. Your fear ? It's telling you what you care about. Your apathy ? It's telling you where you're overextended and burnt out. Your feelings aren't random, they are messengers. And if you want to get anywhere, you need to be able to let them speak to you, and tell you what you really need.

Hi everyone, just checking in a little early. So today we are going to be talking about overcoming insecurity. Overcoming insecurity is a challenge each and every one of us must face, whether it be at work, in our relationships, and all the other aspects of our lives. Many of us struggle with self doubt as we question our skills and abilities. This breeds a negative state, and if we don't learn how to overcome insecurity, the fallout can wreak havoc on our work performance and overall well-being. Instead of allowing insecurity to take over your sense of self confidence, you must learn to face your fears head on. That means looking at what causes your self doubt so that you can learn to control your emotions. So, that was my long winded introduction, so....if you're ready.....let's go !!!
