Here are some ideas: 1. Write a note 2. Say hello to a neighbor 3. Call someone you have not talked to in a long time. 4. Ask someone from work to meet for coffee or a beverage or a walk after work. 5. Start a conversation with saying, “How are you!”

Learn how to be curious about others. Focus too much on self does not allow you to be curious about what others are about.

Genuinely care about what you want to say. It’s not hard to say, “Hi! I’ve been thinking about you and wanted to say hello! What have you been up to?” Allow the conversation to open up naturally.

Attend a class or a group for hiking or walking. There are many ways to get yourself engaged with others. Even if you are introverted. Many introverts just like you!
