When I have clients say that they can’t read, I ask them if it really is that they WON’T read. In many cases it is a choice one is making. For some it is a neurological issue, but for most folks it is a choice. Reading is one of the best ways to slow down your brain, get focused, and get in a better mental zone. Be honest with your self. Are you just choosing to not engage with this very useful form of mental health maintenance?
