Hellooo!!! Have you heard about chia seeds?? This little tiny seed has a lot of benefits! I take a spoon of chia seeds and I leave it the whole night in 100ml of almond milk so it can hydrate, and I eat it in the morning! Too many good benefits for my health! My doctor had said put 1 spoon of black chia seeds in cold water and leave it for about 10-15min till jelly like then, drink it. It helped me back in 2018 when i took it. I need to remember to take it again. He said it would stop diabetes in its tracks.
