I havnt been eating regularly and I ate some ravioli and chips for dinner and now I hate myself -.-
Don’t hate yourself! You’re human being it’s okay to eat it. It’s food. Gives you energy! Be compassion with your! Be grateful to your healthy body! Embers it. With awareness that it made you feel bad ( if physically you feel bad , ask your body) and try to avoid or change something next time.. but with gratitude! You’re healthy! ❤️🙏🏽
