Studies have shown that 5 minutes of green exercise can enhance our overall feeling of well-being just as much as longer bouts of exercise.

Second tip - take a few minutes each day, or more often if you are really stressed, to close your eyes take a few deep breaths and relax.

Remember, set small attainable daily goals that will keep you on the road to better mental and physical health. And if you happen to fall off the road, it's okay you're human, pick yourself back up and get going again.
