I've been working out each day doing different exercises but noticed I struggle to keep my balance standing? I've always had issues with my balance but hopefully it shouldn't effect me.

Maybe a little off topic… do you struggle with anxiety? Breathing techniques and some basic yoga really helped me with balance. When my anxiety is high, I can really tell that my balance is off. Definitely still have it checked out!
Yeah I tend to stress a lot and have mild anxiety at times, I'm not too worried but probably best to see someone first ❤️
