Gratitude , genuine gratitude for what you have can really affect how happy you are. Instead of looking at what you don't have, looking at lack, looking at yourself as if you're not good enough or don't have enough that can make you miserable and unhappy. The second you look at what you already and feel grateful for what you already have then suddenly you see everything in abundance. Mindset is Everything ! ❤️
