Hello my friends. Welcome to our session, thank you for being here, and I hope this finds you well. Today we’re trying something new! When you signed up for Wisdo, you did your “been theres” and “going through thats”. You also set goals for yourself. Take a moment before checking in and review your own profile, and your goals. How are you doing with your progress? And even more importantly, how can we work together to get you closer?

Welcome back and thank you so much for joining. It’s a chilly day here and it’s got me in a holiday mood. It’s tough this year, no doubt, but let’s start on a positive- what’s your “good for you” plan over the holidays?

Another favorite holiday tradition is a “gratitude run”.

I pick a three week period and every morning write down something/someone I’m grateful for.

I’m not religious, very spiritual- so I usually do it to end on Christmas Eve and have a little Chanukah time in there as well.

This AM with the chill in the air gotta day I was grateful my puppy got up, went out to do her business at sunrise, and was surprised enough by the cold to want to come right back in.

Hard to not be grateful there. How has everyone been feeling this week? Feeling the holidays? Maybe looking forward to even a small break?
