Getting through the workday is so hard. I have this nonstop hurricane of stressful panicking thoughts running through my head all day like 10 stressful subjects and mood swings every 10 minutes and I have to constantly calm myself down from that so I don't shake or scream or cry or run out of the building and once I get that nightmare under control every 30 seconds then I have to focus on work shit and not mess up the 8000 forms i have to fill out per day and while this is going on I have to sound normal whenever people interrupt whatever I'm doing to ask me work related and or personal questions

Sounds like you're really strong for being able to get through all that in just one day!
