What do y'all do on a daily to reduce stress? I am a very practical person ready to alleviate any stressors.

That's a good idea. I just downloaded a few
as cheesy as it sounds, mindful breathing has helped control the amount of stress i have.
What do you consider mindfulness in the breath? Following the breath?

Walk, go out and walk. No music. No thoughts. No intense exercise. Just walk and begin with 10mins and increase on a day by day basis.
