We all experience suffering. When we identify what our suffering is and define what we want in that moment, it is then we reach for a better way.

We begin to look for ways to overcome and move out of the suffering. We all do this differently. I personally pray to God through my belief in Jesus and rely on His Truths in these moments to set me free. There is a peace that is hard to explain. You may have a different way.

Overcoming the turmoil sets your focus on something else. What is your something else? For me, trusting that God refines us through our struggles. We come to know Him when we get to the ends of ourselves realizing that He is the Way, the Truth and the Life! Frankly, He sustains me by being in His Word! Refinement! What refines you? How is this part for you?

So if you are so tired of suffering, read about all the people in the early days the Old Testament! I marvel at the law that was set so that they worshipped their Heavenly King! Talk about suffering! Whoa!
