-Strive to be thoughtful to yourself as you are to those around you. Wherever you are, walk the talk! Either alone or in a crowd. Be credible to self and others.

Maxie! Good for you! You are at #2 here. You are recognizing what you want to change! You don’t want to conform to your current attitude! That’s the beginning of the transformation! So, now what about your attitude needs changed?

-Trying to be like someone else does nobody any good. Define for yourself what you value. Then conform to what you say is good and your actions will show your true character. At this point in what you notice about your character is the key to your desire to accept or want to change what you do! Then you do some intentional work to change (transform) your behavior into that which your heart and soul desire. This is where the saying, “Be the change you want to see.” comes into play. Don’t conform, transform!

-As I said in #2, notice what you want to change. Be kind to yourself when you notice your stinky behavior. Forgive yourself and come up with how you want to transform. 😀🌱

I try to remember the serenity prayer which basically says have the knowledge to know what you can change and what you can’t and the wisdom to know the difference!
